I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. I dropped off my car on Friday night and was told it would be ready on Saturday, then Sunday, then Tuesday—but no one contacted me each t department. Even on Tuesday, my car sat untouched in the parking lot all day, and I only found out the technician had left without finishing the work after I arrived at 8:50 p.m. They repeatedly gave me incorrect information, and the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I purchased my tire protection plan directly from Pohanka, yet I was still told different things about the rim replacement and the claim process. I hope they improve their communication and professionalism, because this experience made me seriously doubt whether I can trust their service in the future. More

He took his time explaining the numerous options as well as setting up the OnStar and our phones. He made sure we utilized all the rebates and discounts we were qualified to receive. He made sure we understood everything on the vehicle and followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy. Kudos to Mr. Aiden Hoover our salesman and thanks too to Mr. Stephen Bobersky. I would encourage anyone looking for a GM product to go straight to Pohanka. More
