I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. Even on Tuesday, my car sat untouched in the parking lot all day, and I only found out the technician had left without finishing the work after I arrived at 8:50 p.m. They repeatedly gave me incorrect information, and the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. I purchased my tire protection plan directly from Pohanka, yet I was still told different things about the rim replacement and the claim process. I hope they improve their communication and professionalism, because this experience made me seriously doubt whether I can trust their service in the future. More
