Chris was helpful and I walked away with a new car. I asked him twice to check and was going to walk away. The only reason that I stayed is because my 17 year old son liked the vehicle we were looking at. In the end, I am happy, but I would have given him higher praises if he would have at least tried to work-up the other vehicle that I was looking at which was in the same price range, so I didn't understand if it was laziness or just an excuse to push a vehicle that may be hard to sell based upon color. The other problem is that I was told a price and a payment, which in the end did not match-up. $51K was the sales price on the vehicle, I paid $56K in the end plus the negative equity in my BMW. This turned out to be $69K. While this is my responsibility to review the documents, I was told one thing and the paperwork read another. The difference in the end was about $5,000+. I did not truly benefit from the rebates, sales price, or military discount. I only caught this after reviewing the documents days later, which has left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, in the end I am happy with the product, but I didn't get a deal at all even though it was sold to me that way. I wouldn't have bought the car if I would have taken the time to check the numbers. More

I went into this dealership as a first time car buyer and didn't really know what to expect aside from prior research. When I arrived, the car that I called about was already up front ready for me to test dr didn't really know what to expect aside from prior research. Afterwards, the dealer was able to provide me with all the background on the car, the previous owner, and a comparison between the model I was test driving and other similar models. I wasn't 100 percent sure if the car I inquired about was what I wanted. But after talking with Junehee, I was ready to start the buying process. He informed the finance guy that I was a recent grade and that I was new to the credit world, and because he did I was able to get referred to program which got me a lower interest rate, that alone made this process a great one. Other than that, the dealer was friendly and seemed honest. I even got help with minor things after the sell. More

We came from Maryland to look at a preowned vehicle that was being sold as we pulled up. Chris helped us find a comparable vehicle on the lot and he let us take our time to look around. Chris was not pushy or over bearing and was a pleasure to work with. The only complaint I have does not have anything to do with his service, but with the vehicle itself. When we took our vehicle to get MD inspected it did not pass inspection due to a leak that cost nearly a thousand dollars to repairs. Luckily, we purchased the warranty which did cover the repairs, however; the shop where it was repaired said it seemed to be pre-existing and should have been caught before it was sold to us. I think that the dealership should consider doing a more thorough maintenance inspection before putting the vehicles on the lot. More
