Christian did a great job working to get me a good deal on a used vehicle. However, when I brought it in for a couple things to fixed under the short warranty, two of the smaller issues were just overlooke on a used vehicle. From start to finish, the experience was fun. I didn't feel pressured at any time, which is always a concern while buying a car. He also took the time to introduce us to the service department manager. Terry handled the financing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I feel like he really worked to get me the best deal possible. He also gave me some great tips for increasing my credit score, and some great advice regarding future financing options. He was very straightforward, and again, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything extra. I felt very comfortable working with him. I fully intend to bring my new car into Pohanka for service, and when the time comes to buy again, this will be where I go.
