Great Customer Service!!! I visited several dealerships throughout my search for a new vehicle and felt that overall most provided very good service. However, Pointe Buick GMC went above and beyond what I throughout my search for a new vehicle and felt that overall most provided very good service. However, Pointe Buick GMC went above and beyond what I expected of a car dealer. Important factors for my purchase - seating, storage capacity, recreational activities, travelling. I was interested in the Acadia. First,I wanted to have my children check out different seating configurations so they could decide what type of seating they wanted. Larry(owner) was extremely helpful and patient on that cold wet winter evening outside with the kids in and out of several vehicles. That was our first visit to the dealership. Second, Pointe offered a vehicle to test overnight. We packed up an Acadia with my son's camping gear and travelled to camp in the snow. It was great being able to test it out on the snow covered dirt roads at camp versus just a test drive on the highway. We were sold on the vehicle that night. Third, Pointe offered the use of a loaner vehicle until my purchase was finalized and ready for pickup. Because I was without a vehicle of my own and was using a rental at the time we visited their dealership, Pointe offered to provide a preowned Acadia at no extra cost. I was paying $250 a week for a small Toyota Matrix. We had the loaner car for at least a week. This was also great since it snowed that week and we had not trouble getting around. Lastly, I feel Pointe gave me a great deal. I had done extensive research on the vehicle, options, pricing, etc. The price Pointe initially quoted me was less than the 'Fair Purchase Price' listed online at various sources. Because I had been working with another dealership in DE prior to finding Pointe, they of course made a counter offer when I explained I was purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Although I did not ask Pointe to match the offer, they did and they even included an accessory I wanted at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend this dealership. They were very attentive to my needs and great with my children. They did not try to sell me options or packages I did not need or want - which was very important to me. And, I got exactly what I wanted for less than my budgeted amount. I purchased my Acadia at the end of January and we love it!!! Thanks Pointe! More
I had never been to Pointe Buick and I talked to someone that had bought a car from them and highly recommended them and especially for their service as well as their good pricing on vehicles. I didn't feel that had bought a car from them and highly recommended them and especially for their service as well as their good pricing on vehicles. I didn't feel pressured like I had been at another dealer. Eric pointed out the features of the two vehicles I was interested in and I decided on the 2011 Regal Buick as I have had Buicks before and all the Buicks I have had have given me good service. Eric is very personable with his customers. The pricing was excellent. I would recommend Pointe Buick to anyone and ask for Eric. More
After checking info at other dealerships we went to Pointe. We were very satisfied with the friendly staff. They were very accomodating and made us feel very comfortable. This is a very good dealership. I purchased a used car, and felt like it was new. They have great products, and the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. On a Friday, I was ready to buy a BMW X3 from a local BWM dealer. They were unresponsive and hard to work with even after being engaged with them for over two weeks. My husband and I went to Pointe to just look for a new vehicle since our lease would be up in three months. When we arrived we talked with the owner, Larry Davis, and later that day we were driving home vehicle since our lease would be up in three months. Larry gave us an incredible deal the first time he gave us the figures and we walked away happy customers. Jay schooled us on the ins and outs of the new vehicle and now we are happy new car owners. We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone because of their friendliness, quality service and professional staff who go out of their way to make it their point to serve you. The salesman was helpful in getting the best deal with the less money possible. He checked on all rebates that could be granted to me and got them.Took me on a tour of the shop . The worst part of buying a new car is the waiting for hours over what the bottom line is going to be. With Larry and Eric it was done right in front of them in their office and not having to wait hours w hours over what the bottom line is going to be. I told them what I wanted in my new vehicle and they delivered it, big red bow and all. The best part, they are local and I know I will receive the best care for my new Terrain. GMC thanks for making this new purchase painless! Everytime I see a car commercial on TV with a big red bow on it, I can say I got one of those, checked that off my bucket list! More
