The initial service and expectations were exactly as planned. When I drove my car home and checked the app later that night, it was apparent that the oil which was changed was not replaced with new oil. planned. I live 92 miles away and potentially could’ve damaged my engine had I not checked. Once brought to their attention, they immediately sent somebody out to my house to add oil in. I’m sure it was an honest mistake, but something that was surprising to have happened at such a prestigious dealership. More

Have used Porsche Perimeter Atlanta many times for my auto needs and would continue to do so I think. While like any business they sometimes fall a little short of the mark (forgetting to charge our EV auto needs and would continue to do so I think. While like any business they sometimes fall a little short of the mark (forgetting to charge our EV prior to pickup after recall service); they have some of the best communication with the customer I have seen and really do seem to care on how they present themselves and the Porsche brand. After mentioned my two concerns with my recent service as usual and expected I was promptly contacted by my service advisor and customer relations supervisor who listened to my concerns, suggestions, and answered all of my questions to resolution and satisfactory resolution to all parties. Not all dealers seek to go this far to present a professional service and staff is as engaging and easy to work with. Only reason for the 4 stars is the lack of charging and delay in returning the car for an internal issues that they failed to communciate that ultimately resulted in a 4 day additional delay in getting our vehicle back. But appreciated the extention of the loaner which made it a bit more palatable. :) More

I have nothing good to say about this dealership and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After getting into an accident, I was told to tow my car to the dealership. The dealership claimed there was nothing wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. After getting into an accident, I was told to tow my car to the dealership. The dealership claimed there was nothing they could do for me and sent me to their collision shop. Fine except that wouldn’t arrange a tow, wouldn’t communicate directly with the collision shop, and we had to call back because they didn’t send the address of the collision shop as they said they would. I was also told while sitting on the side of the road that a loaner vehicle would be available for me only to be called back 10 minutes later that one actually wasn’t available for another 2 weeks. Once the car was towed to the collision center and deemed a total loss, naturally I haven’t heard a word from Porsche. More
