Sales not responsive to customer needs once car is delivered I purchased a 2019 Cayenne and after taking delivery I noticed the central locking system was not working as expected. I had mentioned this to the sa I purchased a 2019 Cayenne and after taking delivery I noticed the central locking system was not working as expected. I had mentioned this to the sales person when taking delivery and was initially told the car did not have the function which was not correct. After spending 4 hours of my time going through the process of getting the car I decided to leave and figure it out of the book. That did not work so I had to take the car back the next day, which caused me to reschedule meeting and my day. The service department was very friendly and immediately got the car in but when I expressed my frustration with my salesperson Gerry Fazzari for the inconvenience and time he immediately argued and said it was not his problem. Case in point that was on 11/26/18 and as of today 12/4/18 he has not contacted me to see if everything turned out ok. I also responded to an email from the GM Eric Mihelich letting him know what happen with not response. I had a finance question and sent an email to Brian Westbrook as well with no response. This is my third Cayenne but the previous was from another dealer in the area. Night and Day customer experience with the sales person from the previous dealership. More

He was prompt and courteous and answered all of my questions. Upon arriving I was greeted in a friendly manner and was treated with respect and care for the duration of my visit. I had a great time with Duffy on test drives of a 911 (which I did not buy) and a Macan GTS (which I did buy) and appreciated his enthusiasm for the brand and for the cars. The negotiation and paperwork process was fairly quick and painless and I was satisfied with the deal I was given. Before I left Duffy took time to answer all of my questions and show me all of the features and operating instructions of my new vehicle. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Duffy Elliott and Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. More

Chuck ontacted me 3 months later, they supposedly diagnosed CAM problem. i teitterated making sure they checked everything out before I arrived on yesterday, Chuck Armstrong assured me my car was running properly even though they told they told warranty company it was driving rough I pick it up, NEW PROPERLY, driving Rough.and driver door locking/ unlocking issue. Just a nightmare 😊 More

The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership.
