I appreciate that - as some dealerships would have given me the "make an appointment and we can help you for that" thinig. Do not lose being personable - and try not to give the impression that it's all about the $ for the service department. One other comment. The sales stafff that helped me purchase the 18 Macan was in the showroom while I waited. I think that it would go a long way for him to greet me even if he was with a customer. Make the extra effort to say hello and check how things were going. I received no such acknowledgement. Pretty sure he saw me but I was the first to greet him. After sale service should be part of what you are known for. More
