I would have loved to write a nice review but the service and general organization of my transaction with these clowns makes me really angry. They do not communicate from one department to the other. It's like their right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Whats worse is they dont reply to messages or phone calls. Do yourself a big favor and go to a dealership which takes pride in offering service to people who spend over $160,000 buying a car. More

This is was one the nicest experiences I have ever had at a new car dealership! Scott spent almost 3 hours with me on a Friday night. This included two different test drives and then walking the sales lot to a new car dealership! Scott spent almost 3 hours with me on a Friday night. This included two different test drives and then walking the sales lot to find certain cars to sit in. He was very knowledgable and very accomadating. Never once did he use a high pressure sales tactic. Actually after we found the one car I was leaning towards, he recommended I go home and sleep on it. After visiting another dealer the next day, I returned to see the car again and see what kind of deal I could get. Scott came back the first time with what I felt was an excellent deal and basically beat the other dealership rather badly. I appreciated the truthfulness and the honesty of both Scott and his manager. I have only owned the car for three days, so I haven't had an experience with the service Department yell, but I can totally recommend this sales team. Especially the salesman Scott Chmiel. They have earned a repeat customer already!! More
