The service was good. The recall items was a challenge because I had just purchased the vehicle the week before. So it did impact the impression of my overall experience. I noted that I was having concerns regarding the starter with mild hesitation issues when starting the car at the top of the day. I will be taking it back because I am still experiencing that concern. Other concern noted was regarding ants coming out to the vents and engine area....still having this as a challenge as well. I think it may have been in your warehouse and somehow these ants are still there. Just did not come through as a great experience between week 1 and week 2 of owner a "dream car" for me. The employees were great, it just happen to be my first porsche experience. More

Andre told me to just come in to exchange a tire in ten minutes, I was there for two hours and it seemed like I was a hassle when I kept asking if my car was ready. It stood for an hour and a half before anyone touched it. I should have gone somewhere else who is cheaper and faster. Your staff member Craig was rude to me and I felt like I was a hassle to him. My husband wants to buy a Panamera and I was going to tell him to come to see Raul there but now we will be going somewhere else. For a tire to cost $449 including a labor fee is shocking when the service is so rude and so very slow. My daughter who suffers from anxiety was waiting at school for me and I told Craig this and that she is going to have a panic attack if I don’t get to her in time. She is only 7 years old. Craig ignored me most of the time and he didn’t care at all. My daughter had a breakdown at school because was late for her. This Jim Ellis Porsche’s service was shocking and I will be contacting the owners regarding this service. I am deeply hurt and disappointed. You have lost a good customer. Your staff needs the care for their customers and your staff certainly didn’t at all. More
