My service advisor, Craig welcomed me warmly and listened carefully as I explained what was going on with my car, clarifying with thoughtful questions. He offered me a loaner car, but the dealership offered carefully as I explained what was going on with my car, clarifying with thoughtful questions. He offered me a loaner car, but the dealership offered so many comfortable places to wait — and a coffee /tea bar with barista— that I decided to take my morning calls there.
