With intake of the car I was asked what part of the wheel damage did I want repaired because I had an $850 max coverage. They contacted us that the repair was complete and asked we pick up the car. This happened to be on the day of our son's high school graduation. After explaining this to Sergey he stated they had no flexibility in the process and the car must be picked up / loaner returned with-in there required timing. I asked was a porter available to bring the car to me and the answer was no. I was told however I could hire a tow truck to facilitate the exchange. We live well over an hour from the dealership but did make arrangements for my wife to get the car. Luckily family members contributed to helping do the items that my wife needed to do pertaining to our son's graduation. When arriving at the dealership we realized the wheel had not been repaired. I am a commercial fleet customer buying dozens of vehicle's from Jim Ellis and while the Chevy store / DP has always taken very good care of me I am very disappointed in the Porsche store. I think Porsche I think high end and WOW service. Unfortunately this experience was the wrong kind of WOW! More

Tony Betancourt is great! Always helpful. He understood the problem I was having right away and knew the cause. He got me right in to fix it. There was no one at the coffee bar. I understand that she was on vacation, but I was looking forward to a cup of coffee while I waited. The water that was provided was in flimsy bottles. While environmentally better, they were not as classy as the previous Porsche branded bottles. It is the little things that get noticed. I had some interest in a new car and looked around the showroom while I waited for my service to be complete. I also looked at the used car lot. No one from Sales asked if they could help. In general, my feeling was that the showroom and service waiting area had taken a step down from my previous visits. I did appreciate that some of the staff had "I've been vaccinated" buttons. I wasn't sure if those without the buttons had not been vaccinated or if they were just not wearing their buttons and their masks. More
