We were considering going elsewhere for tires as it was significantly less expensive and the tires themselves were identical. While we paid a bit more, we felt the Porsche Atlanta Perimeter offered us a significantly less expensive and the tires themselves were identical. Major tune up for my 2013 convertible Boxster. I do not Major tune up for my 2013 convertible Boxster. I do not drive my car much. It has 17k miles on it. I had an appointment. I was on time actually 15 Major tune up for my 2013 convertible Boxster. I do not drive my car much. It has 17k miles on it. I had an appointment. I was on time actually 15 min early. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for the service advisor then I had to wait an 1 hour and 15 min for the loaner car. Not good when I had an appointment. My time is valuable.. When I picked my car up a week later. My door console was coming a loose on the passenger side.It was not that way when I brought it in. This has never happen before. I keep it in my garage. This is my second Porsche Boxster purschased from your dealership. I mentioned it to my service advisor. He said he said he thought he thought I knew about it. I said I did not and he did not mention it to me. He mentioned everything else. Later, he told me he could look up the price for the entire console to be replaced. This is not right or good. I want to talk to a manager or the owner of the dealership. My other 2 cars are both Lexuses. The customer service, communication and entire experience there is superior. They are on time. They underpromise and over deliver. Perimeter Porsche Service has a way to go.... Treat the customer like a person not just a transaction especially when we spend so much money with you. My recent Porsche experience is not good as it could have been. I do not even know if they care. I would love for someone to follow up with me. Thanks More
