Incompetent. Basically did nothing at 3 year service and charged $1500. Another dealer found brake issues, strut issues and a very worn tire. A very good experience all around. I was happy that they were able to complete the service the same day, so that I didn't need to leave the vehicle overnight. Slight miscue with the ca I was happy that they were able to complete the service the same day, so that I didn't need to leave the vehicle overnight. Slight miscue with the car not actually being ready when I arrive, but I think that was more of an IT issue, and they didn't realize I was coming to get the car so soon after I was notified that it was ready.
