Customer service should have been the strongest point in handling Dr. Walker service. We feel communication completely fell off after week 3 and several parts were already change with no resolution. Today I truly experienced the Porsche experience. I arrived at 10:20am for my 10:30am appointment to get my second key programmed to my Macan. I waited in my car in the service area for over 30 minut I arrived at 10:20am for my 10:30am appointment to get my second key programmed to my Macan. I waited in my car in the service area for over 30 minutes and no one serviced me. When someone finally did walk up to my car they asked me to move out the way so they could continue to service my white counterparts around me. I parked my car and went inside to get my new key instead and was helped my Felix Ferreras, who was professional, kind, and very quick to resolve my issue. Thank You Felix! I was told by someone else I needed to come back and make an appointment but I already had an appointment which was now 40 mins over. I told the service team I needed to get back to work but they assured me the programming wouldn’t take long. I stood by the parts desk for another 45-50 mins after that waiting for my keys to be returned. I was not provided water or any care the entire time while my white counterparts were handled and served with care. I understand that I may not have the top of the line Porsche vehicle and I’m a young black man which is not the typical customer, but I really expected better. I have experienced discrimination before but this was by far the worst. I have never been devalued and mistreated in this manner in my life. ALL customers deserve respect and quality service; not just middle aged white men. I would like to say I won’t be back but I purchased my vehicle here and will have to return for service. I sincerely hope I receive better service next time but the precedent has been set. ~ Darren Reese More
