I had to wait over two months for them to “look” at my air conditioning that was leaking in my floor board. Then it took three weeks to service. Turns out the sunroof drains were clogged. The service mana air conditioning that was leaking in my floor board. Then it took three weeks to service. Turns out the sunroof drains were clogged. The service manager explained hey were simply short staffed. But two months to look at something that could be dangerous, wires could have shorted out due to water collecting in floor board. I have. 3 ⭐️ because of this. Otherwise they are great! Hire more people. Please. More
