The window for scheduling is excessive and too far out into the future. Prices have always been high, but the inability to be timely in a response to a customer's service needs does not present the servic into the future. Poor assessment - I called to verify if you had a tire in stock. Rather than asking for my model and tire specs, the rep only asked for the tire size then confirmed she had the tire in stock. When I showed up, you did not have the appropriate tire for a Taycan CT. Poor communication- after taking time from work to drive to the dealership and hearing that you don’t have the right tire, I was told that it would take 2 days to get a replacement and one will be ordered from Hennessy. I was also told that I required a recall update and so I asked for it to be done since I had to leave I car. I had to call on the scheduled pickup day since no one called me to provide an update. I need to leave a message on every call since no one picks up. After I got a callback, I was told someone would call me back and no one did so I called back. I was told that my car would take an additional day. I asked if no one planned to call me since my pickup was at 11 am and it was close to 5 pm. This is frustrating. I asked that my car be vacuumed but not washed. When I picked up my car, it wasn’t vacuumed. Finally, my car wasn’t updated until the day or pickup which delayed my pickup time even though you had the car for 3 days just sitting. More

The problem was that we ordered a hitch to be put on. We rec'd 2 confirming emails prior to us driving down from Murphy NC. Both did not mention the hitch. We called x2 to remind Porsche, and were assured that it was being put on. When we arrived they took the car, gave us the prearranged loaner, and we started driving home. Got a call 1 hour later that our car would be ready that afternoon, and that no, the hitch was not at the dealership. Very disappointing, we got there the day before, stayed in a hotel overnight, and had to drive back down at a later date just to return the loaner. Also, when we dropped our car off we told them that our cigarette lighter didn't work for inflating our tire. That wasn't done, but when we asked, someone came out to change the fuse. No harm done. Car is running great, but wish the communication had been better. Can't remember any names in the service department More
