Not only were they patient, informative, and hospitable, but they also were extremely accommodating! I truly hope my situation doesn't happen to them often (...or they may go crazy). I bought a car last night and was having second thoughts. I came home, showed my wife, and she absolutely hated my choice, confirming my thoughts. So, I woke up this morning and called Nikil and explained the situation. I expected him to be frustrated and possibly upset, but instead, his response was, "No problem, let's make it right and get you in the car you want!" Impressive! and certainly appreciated. I am happy to say, I am now the proud owner of my dream car and thrilled with my choice. Thank you, Motor Werks - I will be a long term customer and promote your brand whenever possible. More

Low oil light Came in on a Saturday with no appointment did not buy car there was greeted immediately by the service person was extremely personable I believe her n Came in on a Saturday with no appointment did not buy car there was greeted immediately by the service person was extremely personable I believe her name was Ashley she explained the process and asked when was the last time I serviced vehicle I explained just bought it she said no problem let me take care of it but I should contact dealer to find out if they had serviced the vehicle while a this was going the service manager personally took my car to a mechanic and took care of the issue and also had my car washed all within 30 min I was in and out never had service like this anywhere very impressed More
