Porsche Beaverton - Service Center

Great operation, but very , very cumbersome trying to get my PCM connected. Its still not working despite hours on the phone as well as a 1 1/2 hour visit to your service department

I had my Cayman GTS in for service and had the great fortune of working with Amy Remsing. This car was a bit of a unicorn, so I purchased it out of state, and had it transported here. Because of that, I didn't have the luxury of a good "sit down" with my sales guy at the dealership in TX. Amy was not only incredibly professional, but highly knowledgeable. She educated me on a couple key points of my CPO and warranty that I was unaware of. I had my own alignment specs that I wanted to apply to the car, and she was very helpful making that happen... Spot on!!! Drop off on a Friday, loaner, and pickup on Saturday, for a spirited drive home. What's not to love! I've owned a lot of cars, written service at one point in my life, and dealt with dozens of dealerships over the years. Amy is a great service writer, and a true asset to Porsche Beaverton. Very nice dealership. Everyone was very accommodating during my visit. Ian in service was very helpful in making this service a no hassle transaction. I look forward to working with their sales and service teams for all of my Porsche needs.

Ian and Amy treated me like I was their most important customer even though I was only in for a warranty recall. Great service experience, really outstanding folks. I will only use Porsche Beaverton for my service needs from now on!

Cost oriented, provide me options. Loved the dealer wanted to compete with high end Porsche independent shops. Showed they cared. Ian was always to the point with data. Always responsive. Such a clean shop too - could eat off the floor!

The teamwork between Jason Gallen and Larry Wendell to solve a problem not of their doing cemented my belief in the Porsche brand as superior in ways beyond the cars inherent performance. Ian always acknowledged my wife and me by our first names. My next Porsche purchase will be through him.

The dealer was exceptional. Nice facilities free food and coffee, did the work quickly, service advisor, Amy, was terrific. She is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and had good suggestions. I had a couple of questions that she couldn't answer. She found the appropriate people and offered to do research and send it to me. Above expectations.

Had an upgrade part installed which they gladly price matched from another source. while my car was in service they inspected it and found a leak which they repaired under warranty, so no cost to me. Although the original install would only take a few hours, was conveniently provided a Porsche loaner since I wouldn’t be available to pick up until the next day.

Porsche Beaverton is great company I have purchased a number of Porsche through them over the years and they’ve always treated me appropriately. If your Porsche is under warranty I would definitely take it there for any service work.

I just moved to Gearhart and scheduled service with Beaverton Porsche rather than Dealer I purchase car from in the Seattle area. Scheduling was efficient and accommodating. Loaner Car was offer so I could complete errand while my car was in the shop. 50K service completed ahead of time. Simply a delightful experience. Service Technician was very professional, knowledgable and efficient.
