Dear Avc1, First off, please accept our apology for the for the erroneous charge on your bill. This was the result of a bug in a new billing system that was just implemented. As soon as we were aware of the charge, we cut a check to you for that amount. Please let us know if you have not received the check. We reviewed our records which indicated that your preferred replacement tires were not on the Porsche's approved/authorized tire list. We are not permitted to sell other tires Regarding your damaged tail lights, our Service Advisor Eric documented the damage before we did any work on the vehicle. At your request, we did operate as your advocate with Porsche by submitting these for a warranty claim as "stress fractures". Unfortunately, the claim was denied twice by Porsche despite our submissions to two different levels (note: Porsche Danbury is not authorized to approve warranty claims without manufacturer sign-off). Please contact our Service Manager Jeff Bobbins @ 203.546.6741, or your Service Advisor Eric Krokovich @ 203.546.6466 if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the warranty claim process, your tires or your modified invoice. You’re 100 percent wrong, I argued via email with Eric for days and multiple phone calls. Finally I sent him an excel spread sheet proving his math was wrong then took more email and calls to get my money back. Michelin tires are Porsche approved which was verified by another dealer. Eric has little to no knowledge except for what is vindictive boss tells him. As far as the tail light that you guys damaged that you initially blamed me for was replaced under warranty by another dealer. You guys are inapt when it comes to knowing things about the 911. I have an estimate from the dealer $5000 to replace the seat cover which was damaged and installed incorrectly and the bee panel which was damaged initially when your incompetent technician took the seat out. Option a you give me the five grand to fix what you guys ruined . Option B I’ll see you in small claims court .

Dear Frascioiaconsult, We understand your disappointment regarding the issue with your transfer case. We assure you that the vehicle fully passed all Porsche-mandated Certified Pre-owned requirements including a thorough test drive, prior to delivery to your assigned agent. The mechanical issue was fully covered by your CPO warranty. Per Porsche warranty service protocols, for obvious logistical reasons, the vehicle is to be repaired by the nearest authorized Porsche dealer. You declined the closest options, but we are glad that the alternate option that we arranged for you with our colleagues at Porsche Hartford (Hoffman), close to Bradley Airport, worked out for you. Our service advisor Eric kept in close contact with his counterpart Ethan (the Hoffman service advisor), to ensure that the issue was resolved in a timely and proper manner. Since Hoffman made the warranty repair, they needed to process the warranty claim, and they additionally generously provided an oil change credit for your travel expenses. We are committed to providing an exceptional Porsche ownership experience and proudly stand behind our superior customer ratings and loyalty among the Porsche Danbury community.
