These guys are Rock Stars. I have used Danbury Porsche for Service since 2005 and have never once been disappointed. Jeff Bobbins the Service Manager is meticulous, friendly, and honest. One of the nicest Porsche dealers I have been too. I met Malachy years ago in a previous dealer and previous make. He came to the rescue on the the day of delivery at this other dealer in 2001. Years later as I am looking at buying my first Porsche at Danbury Porsche, Malachy walked up to me, remembered my name, the experience, and could not have been more helpful. Now 7 years later, 6 Porsches later, I could not be happier with the way Danbury Porsche conducts themselves. From Chris Partelow the Sales Manager to Malachy Tracey my Porsche Salesman, to Charlie Koenig for all of my Parts needs to Jeff Bobbins the Service Manager the group of professionals are top notch. Nickel and Dime Dealer of Connecticut. Stay away. They just dont provide the experience that you'd expect from a premium brand car dealership. Terrible! I believe I wasted my money! I took my Terrible! I believe I wasted my money! I took my porsche cayenne in for service and they did not thoroughly explain the problems to me. I then had Terrible! I believe I wasted my money! I took my porsche cayenne in for service and they did not thoroughly explain the problems to me. I then had to take care of them at another dealer, who provided me with better service, were more pleasant and very helpful. I will avoid Danbury Porsche in the future and do NOT recommend them. More
