The team there, at Porsche Fresno, was exceptional! Before my trip, I made contact with Salesman, Chris Faught. Chris verified for me that the car was available, and sent me a walk-around video and description of the car. Chris answered all of my questions, and there were many! Even a month after my purchase, Chris still has followed up on other questions and requests of mine. Chris even came in on his day off, on the day I arrived to see the car. Chris always followed up quickly, or let me know that he would follow up with me on my questions or requests for info. I can not overstate the help and service that Chris provided during the purchase of my 911. Chris made me feel comfortable having the 911 shipped back to Texas. He assisted with the delivery of my 911, letting me know when the Driver had arrived, and when the car was actually on the road. There were additional docs that I felt should have been sent over, and Chris always followed up and had the items to me quickly. Chris made the sale feel as though I had a friend helping me. And I really appreciate that help! While in the store, my buddy Tico and I met with CJ Wilson. CJ lives and breathes Porsche! He was a wealth of knowledge and shared it with us freely. It felt good that the Boss-Man was so interested in talking with us and sharing all things Porsche. More
