Consistent customer service—-all day everyday! . I TRUST Tony and his advisement. He and his team go above and beyond in making sure my car is taken care of when I come in. My wait time is accurate . My wait time is accurately estimated; when I pull in the dealership service area my car doesn’t sit. I am met w a smile and he “listens” to my issue. He tells me when some work can wait until later and what is mission critical to fix. His responsiveness is unmatched. The snacks in the break room are nice too as I’m a Cheetos and Coke kind of girl!🤓🤭🥰. I am a repeat customer because I feel “cared for” when I enter the service area. Everyone there I have encountered is excellent. More
