Brett assured me that I did not need to be there and they would take care of everything. This turned out to be the most painless, easy and minimally intrusive repair I have ever experienced. I had a similar problem several years ago at another, very large porsche dealer and my experience was a total nightmare: no communication as to status, misinformation on drop off, etc. This bad experience was the impetus for me to change dealerships and work with Princeton.
