I'd done a lot of research and was impressed with the condition of the Porsche that was listed. Raphael answered my every question, even forwarding me service records for the car and helpful advice and receipts of service maintenance performed by 3rd party specialty firms. Raphael and the administrative support staff at the dealership took care of every detail to affect the sale... especially important as I was an out-of-state buyer residing in Florida and purchasing the car from a New Jersey dealership. Every communication and detail in the sales process was taken care of in a totally "first class fashion" that one would expect from a Porsche dealership. Even to having the car professionally detailed, and then transported in a covered van to me in Naples Florida. I was thrilled to have it arrive here in Naples and have been enjoying driving the car as well as pleased beyond any of my best expectations with the whole experience of the sales process.
