Rough Start I first contacted the dealer about an advertised car in December. Despite annoying online chat features it was nearly impossible to get information a I first contacted the dealer about an advertised car in December. Despite annoying online chat features it was nearly impossible to get information about advertised cars. Finally the sales manager stepped in and helped out. Viewed the car in December and had good assistance at the dealership from Tony Nguyen. I did not buy the car until February. Tony was a great help and knowledgeable. Worked with Adam in Finance and this was also a great experience. The car needed tires and the service center apparently did not have them in stock and could not get the tires in time for delivery. Tony did a good job of coming up with a solution so we were able to get the car on time. Love the car and it was worth the wait. More

Quality service This was my first time as the new Walters Porsche location. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I waited in the service driveway for several mi This was my first time as the new Walters Porsche location. Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I waited in the service driveway for several minutes while a few employees walked by but was not greeted by anyone. I began to think that perhaps I needed to go into the building to request a service rep. Fortunately as I started to walk in, David Barron came out to greet me and from there the experience was what I had experienced in the past. David was very helpful and apologetic when I mentioned my waiting outside. I was given a loaner car as requested and the next day the service was completed perfectly (oil change and a steering wheel vibration). Tires were balanced and ride was like new. My 911 came back perfect. Thanks so much David! More
