Down to earth and easy to deal with, not aloof like every other salesperson I have dealt with at those "other" dealerships (and he's a veteran - thanks for your service, John!). Went out of his way to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase because he's is more focused on customer satisfaction than just making a sale. He even went out of his way to personally deliver the car to my home, which is a 4+ hour drive round trip. I usually never give 5 stars but in this case they were well earned. John and Porsche Riverside are breath of fresh air in the car buying world. More

A Wonderful Porsche Buying Experience I am a very happy Porsche owner thanks to Porsche Riverside and their phenomenal Porsche Brand Ambassador, Sherman Sims. I live less than 5 blocks awa I am a very happy Porsche owner thanks to Porsche Riverside and their phenomenal Porsche Brand Ambassador, Sherman Sims. I live less than 5 blocks away from a "go to" Los Angeles area Porsche dealership but still made the one hour trip to Porsche Riverside to purchase my 2016 Cayenne. The reason was due in very large part to how professional, extremely knowledgeable and especially kind Sherman was on the phone. Then, to my surprise later that day, Sherman recorded, narrated and sent me a 5 minute video of the Cayenne we discussed. When I told Sherman I would travel to Riverside the next day he came to work on his off day to meet me there. Sherman made my first Porsche buying experience one that I will never forget.
