I appreciate his style of selling and know that I can reach out to him if every a problem were to arise. I did have some minor problems with the vehicle initially, but he walked me through the process of having it resolved. I highly recommend Giovanni, and will most certainly come back to buy another Porsche in the future! More

Yesterday, I visited Porsche Riverside to conduct my due diligence before making a final determination. I was met by Frank Francis out in the lot while my wife and I were checking out some of the Macan's parked out front. Frank came across as friendly and well informed. Since the Macan comes in different engine configurations, Frank was kind enough to take me for several test drives so I could make an educated decision as to which engine best fit my needs. During the test drives, Frank patiently answered all my questions and was very insightful. Never once did I feel pressured in any way, which I highly appreciated. I'm very thankful to Frank for his receptiveness to my needs as a customer and I also commend Porsche Riverside for their foresight to have a professional such as Frank as part of their team.
