I received responses which I would at best call tepid from everyone except for Walter’s Porsche. They enthusiastically received my inquiry and let me know in no uncertain terms that they were interested in my business and would work with me to get a deal done. And this was all done over the internet and by phone. The decision to buy my car from Walter’s was a no brainer. We set up an appointment on the weekend and walked out with a beautiful car. I am quite leary of "sales" techniques and strategies, however Giovanni was warm, honest, and transparent. I appreciate his style of selling and know that I can reach out to him if every a problem were to arise. I did have some minor problems with the vehicle initially, but he walked me through the process of having it resolved.
