It is a pleasure just to visit and talk to any of the staff if you want to learn about Porsches, are trying to decide if a Porsche is for you, or want to buy one. I am certain you will get honest answers to your questions. The first time I visited Walter's to test drive a 911 Carrera, I went in unshaven, wearing Levis, and with tattered shoes. In spite of my appearance, I was treated with great respect and got a good, competitive deal instead of being rushed out the door as I have been at other dealerships. My wife and I visited Walter's recently to test drive a Cayenne. Yes, the Carrera made her a Porsche fan too. This time I was known to the staff because I like to hang around and talk while my car is being serviced. While the patient and knowledgeable brand ambassador, Bob McDonald, was working to get a Cayenne configuration that is best for us, the Porsche dealership general manager, Ed McRae walked in to greet us and chat. When I mentioned I was considering switching my Carrera for the new 2016 twin turbo version, Ed realized what I was looking for and asked for "IT" to be brought around. "IT" was a 2014 911 Turbo (not a Carrera) that we took for a test drive, and when Ed offered a great deal, I took it home the next day after a painless paperwork session with Walter's Porsche finance manager, Filomena Powers. She is an enthusiast, and can talk Porsche also. The Turbo is not for everybody, but Ed understood what I would like. I really love that car. Walter's is Dealer Rater's 2015 dealer of the year in customer service nationally and three years in a row in California. Believe it. There are dealers closer, but I won't even consider going anywhere else. More

I made an appt to go in and see the car I was interested in. Michael was there waiting for me... so professional and knew everything about the car and actually suggested another 911 that I liked even better and ended up purchasing. He was honest, smart and fast. My deal was fair and my 911 is gorgeous!!! Michael has followed up with me since the purchase to make sure I am satisfied. Not only am I satisfied, I am thrilled. Bought our first Porsche!! We can't say enough about the genuine and professional service and character of all those we worked with at Walter's when we bought our first Porsche! Our salesman, Ryan deCaprio had follow through and gentle expertise regarding the car and sales process. He had a great attitude. We called several dealers to track down a Macan S with the particular color and options we were after. It was well worth the 2.25 hours drive to find exactly what we wanted but the great perk was that all at Walter's were wonderful to make the deal with. There was no pressure but all our questions and needs were met. Filomena Powers helped keep the paperwork smooth and easy and advised us thoroughly about many important maintenance options. Normally, we would have removed the dealer name and license plate grate on the car but we are so grateful for the good experience at Walter's that we are keeping it in place.
