We scanned and emailed all of our documents while on vacation. Bob stayed late the night we got home from our trip and had all the paperwork ready when we arrived for delivery at the Dealership. We travel 30 miles past a lot of other Porsche Dealers to work with Bob and his team. The car was perfect and Bob stayed even later to explain the car’s features and help set all the custom settings. Mike made sure that he understood exactly what was needed and at the end of the day he went over line by line what was done to my car. I also enjoyed the loaner car. It was clean and was a pleasure to drive. As a footnote, I drive all the way out from La Quinta (about 90 miles) to this dealership. They are easier to to deal with and I find that their prices, although not inexpensive, are far better than the local dealership. They are worth the extra effort. The staff, inclusive of sales (Ryan), service, and parts are all very well trained in customer service. More

And when I noticed a few swirls they provided us with a detailing job that now is the glassiest black you've ever seen. They hand off tasks very well and even Tony quickly helped me get the WiFi working. Gio followed through and made sure everything turned out ok. For these reasons and more I keep coming back to Walter's to satisfy my Porsche hunger. More

They were honest, upfront and very professional and made the entire process very easy. I flew down to pick up the car and Taylor not only picked me up at the airport, but spent hours on a very busy Saturday explaining everything on the car and answering all of my questions. The car is beautiful, better than the expected and I have my dream car thanks to Walter’s Porsche. Knew no history of the development of the vehicle and were not sure of their inventory. I was not offered an opportunity to drive the vehicle at any dealership until I visited Riverside. I happened to call back Bob McDonald and request a certain color scheme. After researching availability He informed me that there may be a car at the Riverside facility that I would be interested in looking at. I returned and the rest is history. More
