Another excellent experience & service. I took my Cayenne in for check up because of the engine light warning came up although the car seemed running fine. As always, he was ready when I came in. I waited while diagnose my car & shortly came back that thermostat was not closing? and need to be replaced. He said Walters & Porsche of North America would take care of this even though my warranty has expired because I've been a very loyal customer ever since I purchased this car. I've always took my car for services to Walters and have total confidence in them as an example shown here. I've also checked prices with local Porsche service centers in So. Cal but found Walters are very competitive & reasonable, very honest. Best of all, I am assured of Porsche certified technical mechanics & great services, peace of mind. Once again, no reasons to go anywhere-else but Walter's. Always pleasure doing business with them. PS: One of my friend was interested in Audi. I asked Jay to refer a sales rep. He promptly introduced me to Fleet manager. I know I can expect same excellent services from any Walter's dealerships. Thank you, More
