Taylor Ferguson contacted me through email, and was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the car. After making an appointment to see the car in person, Tim Churchill gave us a test drive. We loved the car, agreed upon a price, and a short while later drove home with the car. Taylor and Tim were very pleasant and easy to work with, as was Jay in the Finance Department. We also chatted with Manager Ed McRae, and the owner of Walter's even stopped into Finance to say hello and thanked us for our purchase.
