Service Department corrected all issues and more I took my Porsche 911 Carrera to the service department because the brakes were noisy. They greeted me as soon as arrived. Because I had an appointment, they already had a loaner vehicle ready for me. Both the servicer advisor, Adrian Madrid and his assistant, who goes by a single initial, "K", were very helpful and friendly. Also, the technicia, Jon is always very helpful. He personally explains the issue when I request to speak to him. Many other dealers don't let you talk to the technician. I was called the next day and told that they found the squeak in the Brakes and were able to get both the brake pads and rotors replaced under warranty by Porsche....I was happily surprised since brakes and rotors are not typically covered under warranty because they are considered a "wear and tear" item. Conrad Castillon, The service manager, told me that the issue was one that allowed it to be covered under warranty. I know he and his team went the extra mile to explain it the issue to Porsche Corporate and arrange for this to be covered under warranty. Both Porsche and the dealership stand behind their brand. They want it to be done right and they want the customer to be pleased. I would always recommend a Porsche. The quality can be felt in the driving experience and at the dealer. More

Pleasant, fast and fair. Highly recommend! I was shopping for a Macan S for some time. I happened to come across one at Walters Porsche. I had submitted an online inquiry at 7:30 am. By 10:15 a I was shopping for a Macan S for some time. I happened to come across one at Walters Porsche. I had submitted an online inquiry at 7:30 am. By 10:15 am I received a call from Tony Nguyen. We discussed the car and my trade. I told him I wouldn't drive to Riverside without hard numbers. We agreed on a fair price. When I arrived at Walters, Tony was out front and greeted me by name. We spent 5 minutes exchanging information and he gave the paperwork to Jay Baik in finance. We drove the car and by the time we came back Jay had all of the paperwork ready. Tony walked me through the car and off I went. It's cliche to say this but I was treated like royalty. The whole staff was extremely courteous and professional. I can't reccomme Walter's Porsche, Tony and Jay enough. Thanks guys! More

But I have purchased four new vehicles before.. Never has the representative sat with me after the sale is complete and took the time to explain every last detail about the vehicle.. I got the car I desired at a price that made me happy.. He is truly an asset to not only your dealership , but to the Porsche name.. Amazing dealership!!! I was interested in getting a Macan Turbo. I had visited a dealership close to home but, I felt like it was not the right fit. So, I was looking at the inventory over at Walters witch had a great selection so we made a trip out there to check it out. I started working with Taylor he was very helpful with explaining all the options and really helping me get to what I wanted for my first Porsche. I decided that I wanted to make a custom order. So right there I made the order with my favorite color, red seat belts, sport chrono, panoramic sunroof. And some other fun options. The moment I walked in to Walters, I felt at home everyone was so nice and helpful. And the manager Frank was a huge asset in explaining a lot of things that I did not know about Porsche. My 2016 Macan Turbo ended up arriving a few weeks ahead of schedule. And I am so happy with my new Porsche. I can't wait until I get the pleasure of ordering another. More
