I started to email Taylor about the purchase when I was out of the country 2 months ago. I was in the other side of earth , but Taylor was willing to help me out and make my purchase go smooth. I was unavailable to pick my new car until this Saturday (05/16), because I need my boyfriend drop me off at Walters and another car back to Irvine. Taylor was kindly to pick me up at Irvine on the Thursday, so I could get my Macan earlier. This has been the best car buying experience I ever had in the U.S. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Taylor to anyone who consider Porsche in southern California. More

We went to the dealer to look at Caym Our recent purchase of a new Boxter S from Walter's was the best dealer experience my Wife and I have ever had. We went to the dealer to look at Caymans and drove several of them. Also drove a Boxter just as a comparison. We then went on our way with zero pressure or hard sell. A very relaxing afternoon. After getting home and discussing it, called Tim and went back to the dealer to finish the deal. Even though it was late on a Sunday afternoon, we never felt rushed or hurried. All in all just a great shopping and buying purchase from start to finish. Oh and the car is spectacular! More

New Porsche Macan Purchase Last weekend I purchased a new Macan S from Walters Porsche. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lightly optioned Macan S at the dealership that was not already sold! This is the second car I have purchased from Walters Porsche, and the customer service experience was (once again) outstanding. I worked with John Beech on my Macan purchase (as well as my previous Porsche purchase); he is a real pro. John is a genuinely nice person and extremely knowledgeable of all the Porsche vehicles. Walters gave me a very fair trade-in on my Toyota 4 Runner; maybe I can thank the fact that they were not super busy due to the big fight and basketball/hockey playoffs! John took me on a great test ride to put the Macan through it's paces and I was sold. Before going through finance and signing the purchase documents, I explained to John that my wife (who was not with me!) needed to sign the documents as well in order to keep me out of hot water! John got approval to follow me home back to Orange County so my wife could sign all the documents. Thanks for everything John……I will certainly be back for my next Porsche at some point in the future!! More
