His professionalism, knowledge, and easy-going manner make him the best car salesperson I've ever met. By a HUGE margin. A couple of months ago I ordered a new 991S. A short time later, Ii cancelled the order because I wanted to wait for information on the upcoming 991GTS. Many salespeople would have been upset at the loss of a quick sale, but Bob took it in stride. He said not to worry, he'd let me know all about the GTS as soon as he had the information. He was as good as his word, and promised me I'd be his first order when the GTS became available. I've now ordered that car for January delivery. I'm not thrilled about the standard wheel choices on the model, and Bob is working with me to arrange an alternative. You can't ask for more. On every purchase or lease I've also worked with Pete Laban as the sales manager. I've never met a friendlier or more knowledgeable person in that position. Walter's general manager, Ed McRae, is also first rate. He's always friendly and informative. I can't help but like him, even if I can never manage to catch him on the track at a Porsche Club event! I've said it before: at Walter's, I don't feel like a customer. I feel like a friend. I won't even consider any other Porsche dealer. More

Emergency service required to continue trip home. Cindy and Conrad were more than helpful when my Boxster broke down (heater valve and water pump leak). Although I was towed in around mid-day and the Cindy and Conrad were more than helpful when my Boxster broke down (heater valve and water pump leak). Although I was towed in around mid-day and the repairs could not be completed by closing, they provided a free rental car and were continually solicitous regarding my welfare (I am diabetic) as I waited. All the employees of this dealer were extraordinarily friendly. The car repairs were completed in a timely manner and the car performed perfectly on my way home to Las Vegas. This dealership should stand as a prime example of the finest kind of service and customer commitment expected of a high end operation like Porsche. More
