I am very satisfied with the service at the service department at Porsche Riverside. On my last couple of visits Cody Allen was my service advisor. Great follow-up service when parts were delayed from Germany. Offered loaner delivery and pickup service due to the inconvenience, made daily call updates on the repairs, and overall just were fabulous Germany. Received notification from Riverside Porsche regarding factory updates on my car. I made a service appointment on line which was very easy and fast. When I arrived for my appointment, we were greeted by factory updates on my car. I made a service appointment on line which was very easy and fast. When I arrived for my appointment, we were greeted by Russell who took some information and introduced us to Cody Allen, a Service Advisor, who reviewed the factory updates to be completed and the service records on the car. After his review, he saw that the timing belt should be serviced after 6 years of service and that if completed at the same time as the factory updates, could save me $100 in labor. The factory updates required removal of some of the same parts required to install a new timing belt.. Repairs were made and completed as promised. Russell also helped with arranging the use of a demo car to use while our car was being serviced. We were very happy with the Service we received at Riverside Porsche. More

Owners generally go to the dealer since it's difficult to find a good, competent European car service shop. What happens in the service department can determine if a customer continues patronage at that dealer's service department or go elsewhere, not to mention if the customer will keep buying cars at that dealership. I've said it before and will say it again. Service Advisor Mike Barcelona rocks! Always friendly and knowledgeable. Even more so, he's honest. I always go in with an understanding of what maybe going on with the car. Mike explained what I needed and didn't need. Matched my expectations. Executed service as explained. Of course, Porsche service is a little pricey... goes with the territory. On this occasion, met Larry the service manager... now I can see where all the employees at Walter's Porsche get their professional attitude, demeanor, and work ethics. Well done all around. Had a very unfortunate situation where we found damage to our new car's roof about 2 weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle. After all, who checks the roof???
