Michael Barcelona Is Your Guy! I have never written a review for a service advisor before, but Michael Barcelona (Mike) definitely deserves one. I brought my 2016 Cayman GTS to Mike I have never written a review for a service advisor before, but Michael Barcelona (Mike) definitely deserves one. I brought my 2016 Cayman GTS to Mike for a Multipoint Inspection. He stayed after-hours to take down my concerns and even provided me with a loaner similar to my car. He kept me updated every step of the way, never got charged for anything without my approval. In addition, I had my mom with me at the service center, he was very respectful and even opened the car door for her when she was about to get in. Mike is very professional, friendly and respectful. I live in Palo Alto and occasionally come down to LA to visit family. I choose to drive down hours just to take my Porsche to Porsche of Riverside. Porsches can be expensive to maintain, but I think with Mike and at Porsche Riverside, you will get one of the best customer-experiences and at rates lower than any dealership in the area. More

He is aware of your time and does all he can to get your car in and out as quickly as possible. I live about 40 min away (without traffic) and they were very accommodating with scheduling me an appointment time that allowed me to get back and forth with no traffic. I am a fan of Porsche Riverside and Michael Barcelona! More
