Quality All Around I have been a customer of Walter's Automotive for the past 5 years, having leased an Audi and now a Porsche Macan. This is truly one exceptional dealership that has both the best facility and the best staff. Walter's Porsche has trained their personnel to provide the customer with a user-centered experience, be it purchasing/leasing and/or the follow-up service process. My recent service experience was one of the best. I was greeted by Mycal Heffner who made me feel welcome and did the first part of the intake process since my service advisor Henry Quezada was busy with another client (I arrived early). Mycal helped me find an excellent space where I could work while I waited for the service to be completed. Then Henry took over the process and, kept me informed of the progress. The service was completed ahead of schedule, the car was returned to me exceptionally clean and I was given copies of the work order, and sent off with a very positive feeling.
