I set up my appointment with Elvis Nguyen over the phone, who explained that in order to make sure my car could be finished on time he would tie me in with one of his colleagues, Kofi Bediako. Kofi explaine who explained that in order to make sure my car could be finished on time he would tie me in with one of his colleagues, Kofi Bediako. Kofi explained the service process in detail and gave me daily status updates on my car, in addition to the video walkaround I received from the service technician. My car was ready the date it was promised, and the final cost actually came in lower than what I was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Not to mention, my car was hand-washed in preparation for pickup and when I came to pick up Kofi went over everything that had been completed and made sure I was satisfied before I left. The showroom and waiting area were both immaculate, with several classic Porsches on display in the showroom and ample snacks and drinks available in the waiting area. I will certainly return to Porsche Silver Spring for my service and maintenance needs in the future. More

I have been buying many cars, but my experience with Kevin at Porsche of Silver Springs has been by far the best experience ever. I spoke with Kevin over the phone, explaining what I was looking for and Kevin at Porsche of Silver Springs has been by far the best experience ever. I spoke with Kevin over the phone, explaining what I was looking for and made an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived the exact car as I was looking for was waiting for me. During the test drive it was obvious that Kevin knew his product, he’s the most knowledgeable salesperson I’ve ever dealt with.
