Of all the cars I have owned in my years of driving and all of the dealerships I have dealt with Porsche Silver Spring has been the only one that sends me a video of the walk around inspection and the servicing as it’s being performed and let me know the exact status of my car which is a first for me! The concierge‘s experience is so convenient and fun because they always send me a loaner that’s a step above the one I have being serviced and allows us to see what our next possible car would be and all the new technology developments. I know they dangle that carrot on purpose but My wife and I welcome it! couple that with the personal relationship I have with the service manager and the team and I truly feel that we are part of the Porsche family and they have my best interest in mind.
