I have purchased I think 4 vehicles from here and always had great experience. I also always maintain my truck with the service center and that's where things seem to be slipping. Hope I got a good deal on used truck. Treated very nice until sale took place. Needed to leave for insurance and bank. Didn't want to drive loaner after reading I was responsible for gas if I drove over 50 miles...just home and back over 60. Then I questioned using my insurance with $1,000 deductible, I drove my trade in rather than loaner. Dealership should have called me when they knew truck not ready. I even called them to say I was stuck in traffic.. should have told me to turn around...wasted hours. More
