Service department is useless and doesn't honor appointments. I scheduled a simple multipoint inspection with tire rotation, showed up early, and an hour after my appointment was supposed to start appointments. Someone went and unlocked my vehicle, left it unlocked, and a sales person texted me to buy it. But no service was performed. When asking the service desk, they are still waiting and someone is in front of me. Why make appointments at all? More

The home service is a great time saver and I get the same work as going into the dealership. They can't do everything but they can spot what needs done so the dealership trips are shortened. First experience here i made an appointment two weeks out for a recall on airbag. The morning i arrive, loaded two babies up, husband took day off work, i walk in to be told they dont have the part n will or for a recall on airbag. The morning i arrive, loaded two babies up, husband took day off work, i walk in to be told they dont have the part n will order it today. Noone told me for two weeks then wasted our time. Not even calling the morning of. But waited till we arrived with both vehicles. Hopefully i dont get into an accident with the airbag that can release shards before new appointment date. Part should have been ordered and or i should have been notified sooner. Basic tasks couldnt be handled properly by anyone there. Also couldnt spell my first and last name correctly after asking them to correct it. Then when we got home an hour later someone else called to tell me they dont have the part and that theyre calling so we dont make the trip out for no reason.. 2 hours after our appointment that we showed up for.. so noone seems to know what theyre doing. Port orchard circus. Not cool. More
