Titus Will Port Orchard Ford Garage service department has gone so far downhill that I will never take a vehicle there again. They did $5k work on my truck and didn't give the right thing. Then they tell me that my engine has a cracked head and it will be another $6k dollars to fix it. My truck sat for over 2 months in their back lot, covered with seagull crap and shells. I finally took it back and to another dealer. I have a bad starter, and a leaking oil cooler. Big difference! Their service manager told me that it had all been checked, and it was definitely a cracked head. I bought my truck at this dealer and have always had it serviced there. I had planned on trading up to a newer truck, but it won't be there. Never again! More

Horrible service I waited six weeks to get a truck battery replaced, on a warranty service call. Josh the service writer never would take or return my phone calls (once a week). I literally drove down to the dealership three separate occasions on Saturdays to check the progress. I have bought vehicles here before and had all of my service work done here in the past. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I will not recommend the dealership to any friends or family. They have lost a very good customer. More

Ruben and Tony are great representatives for Port Orchard Ford. I give them a 10! Somewhat disappointed in the vehicle prep team. Needs more attention to detail.
