I look forward to servicing my vehicle close to home. I purchased my vehicle in Stoughton, but live in Portage. The appeal of free oil changes for life, a great sales person, and a great working relationsh purchased my vehicle in Stoughton, but live in Portage. I had never really heard anything “great” about the dealerships in the area, so I took my business an hour South without hesitation. I was very hesitant to have my vehicle serviced anywhere, but Stoughton, it was my comfort zone. Much to my surprise when I brought my vehicle in for service I found one of the original service advisors I worked with in Stoughton now worked at Portage CDJR! I was absolutely thrilled, and all of my anxiety quickly went out the window! Dave Hornung is an absolutely awesome service advisor. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and will never steer you in the wrong direction! After going through my first service I can definitely say I feel it’s worth my time to keep my hard earned money with a local business! Unfortunately Stoughtons service department has made it almost impossible for me to obtain my free oil changes, primarily due to being closed on Saturdays, but also having a fairly early scheduling cap during the week. Maybe next time when I’m due for a new vehicle I’ll turn my business towards Portage CDJR. That will be a definite so long as Dave is around! Thank you Portage CDJR, and thank you Dave for multiple wonderful service experiences throughout the ownership of my vehicle! More
