We didn't have a plan or a good reason to trade our current Chrysler Town & County for a new vehicle. We were happy with Steve and his hard work to provide answers for any questions we had on the vehicle options and on the details we needed for the trade in value of our vehicle. Sooo easy to work with! Crystal and the rest of the crew are superb! Crystal knew what we wanted in a vehicle, probably even before we did. She knew it blonged to us! I was really leary though to sign for such a purchase. I have not had the best credit and been working hard on bettering it. I knew the price point I wanted for my payments and they worked hard with the banks to get me close to those payments AND an amazing interest rate! I would recommend Crystal and everyone else over and over. When its time for another vehicle, I will be going back! My only complaint is, when I asked Crystal to take a picture of me and my husband by our new truck, she didn't get the whole truck in the picture, cut out the whole front end...kind of disappointed.
