Truck and paperwork were ready on time. However, Krisha did not get the rate that John had stated. It was only a couple .10s off so I signed anyway. Along with that they told me they contacted my Ins co to confirm coverage. That was not true. My insurance agent never heard from them. Luckily I called to confirm the next day. Also, I was told the financing was through FILO and just yesterday I got a call from American Bank they had my y loan. Overall, I think I got a good truck for the money. John did call to check how things were with it. But. Some important mistakes were made. More
