Very friendly staff; work was done within the timeframe they stated; final cost was within the original estimate. And they reminded me that using a credit card would incur an additional cost but a debit ca they stated; final cost was within the original estimate. Mark and his team took very good care of me as usual, but the technician stripped my lugnuts on a car with 50k miles and asked me to pay for the result of his haste. When I declined, he just put the stripped the technician stripped my lugnuts on a car with 50k miles and asked me to pay for the result of his haste. When I declined, he just put the stripped lugnuts back on. I did not appreciate that. I don't think it's right to ask me to pay for the technician's hastiness and misuse of his tool. These lugnuts were not rusted on or in anyway stuck. More
