They want $200 to verify the factory info before charging me to repair it. Judging by my observations I believe this is a very racist dealership. I will be looking for a dealership that has a merit based hiring system and not social engineering programs. I believe companies owe their customers the best possible knowledge and service which can only be achived through the highest standards when hiring the most qualified.
