I recently brought my 2022 Escape to Porter because one of my windows was stuck open. Unfortunately, I came at 10 minutes before closing, but was greeted by service representative Mary, who obviously wante of my windows was stuck open. She found me waiting, and managed to fit me into an already busy schedule. She went above and beyond the call of duty by sticking with me until the car was delivered the next day, soon after the new parts had arrived.
