Worst Buying Experience Ever!!!
Vehicle was filthy and wasn't even taken through the shop for a thorough inspection.
I spent two hours waiting for these guys to get my deal closed and even after walking around the vehicle with the sales guy.......he never once offered to have the vehicle taken to the wash bay or recon department.
Nothing.
Of course after the sale, they offered to send me a little something to help with the cost of having the vehicle cleaned up. A $25.00 freakin' gift card!
I purchased an extended warranty but decided to cancel it after two months.
I hounded these SOBs for two straight weeks to get that warranty canceled to no avail.
I ended up canceling it myself.
Poor customer relations, poor communications and very poor follow-up with regards to my concerns.
Arrogance, entitlement and laziness to be in full supply at Bean's of Exton.
Never, ever again!
