Brought my 2017 Patriot in for 2 issues. The estimate, which included new brakes, didn’t ask for that came to over $3000. Fine, I get it, you need to make money. I only got one of the issues fixed, the back passenger window motor as it was necessary. $1400 and 2 weeks later it is fixed, but now the back passenger door won’t lock but I’m not going back. I had to call to see if they received the part as I wasn’t notified and 2 weeks had passed. I also needed a ride home and back to pick up my car when the work was completed. The ride home was done with no issues. When I was told my car was done, in a text, I called and let them know, again, I needed a ride to the dealer and was told it’s out of their range. Really? The ride in the morning was exactly the same mileage. I was told they can’t have the shuttle driver out on one call for an hour. She was at my house in 15 minutes and it took just over that to get back to the dealership. And it took me 12 minutes to return home. Not an hour. This is really bad customer service and I will not be having them do anymore work nor will I ever purchase a vehicle here. More

My experience has been so bad, so exhausting, and so frustrating that only you can provide a real solution at this point. I purchased a 2025 Wagoneer brand new, 0 miles, and I never got to enjoy it. Within the first week it was already having issues, and since then the vehicle has spent TWO MONTHS in your service department. Two months, and I have been without a car, unable to use what I paid for. During that time, your team has replaced the transmission, accelerator pedal, throttle body, computer… and the vehicle is still not fixed. From the outside, it looks like they are guessing. No clear repair, no solid explanation, no confident diagnosis. And the most disappointing part was the recent conversation I had: I was told that I “wasn’t going to like the offer” because now the vehicle is considered “used.” With all due respect: Used by who? Because I have never been able to use this vehicle, not even for a single day. All I have done is continue paying for a car that has been in your service department since the beginning. This is not a simple inconvenience. It has been a complete lack of responsibility, a lack of professionalism, and honestly, a lack of respect toward me as a customer.
