My wife and I walked in without any expectations or connections to Potamkin Hyundai. We simply were going to test-drive a Palisade as we had not had the opportunity in the past. From the moment we walk connections to Potamkin Hyundai. We simply were going to test-drive a Palisade as we had not had the opportunity in the past. From the moment we walked in the salesman did not charge at us but was friendly and courteous in asking how he could help us meet our needs. Yasiel Sosa drove us through the lot to see which one of the vehicles on the lot would meet our needs and satisfy our expectations. He was a true gentleman in making sure he provided a positive test drive, answered all of our concerns and tried to meet our expectations. Unfortunately, color was an issue as white was not available. He tried through his manager Alex Tulin to obtain a car from another dealer but they were unsuccessful; Alex together with Yasiel then came to us to see how they could make us happy with a possible negotiation. After a very friendly and no pressure conversation Alex made us an offer that we felt was fair and came to an agreement. While waiting for the Financing step Alex even came back to thank us for the way we dealt with him and his staff. We then proceeded to the Finance department and were assisted by Felix Lopez. He also worked us in a very accommodating, professional, and courteous manner. He made us feel very comfortable and never made us feel pressured into any decisions. We drove away with a beautiful new car and a very positive experience. We are not only open to returning to the dealership in the future but willing to recommend others to Potamkin Hyundai. The truth was we were made to feel at home, listened to and important as the customer. Hats off to the team and prayers for their continued success. More
